Separate subsystems have been implemented in 8 Ukrainian cities (Mykolayiv, Lviv, Truskavets, etc.). The system has been best implemented in Mykolayiv. The results of implementation of these design works have shown that employment of the worked out software and acquired system decisions considerably decreases expenses on collection and processing of source information on quantitative and qualitative indices of the population, real estate, land territories and social sphere. The ideology of developing separate blocks and certain system decisions correspond to the requirements and standards of the European Union. In the course of project implementation several seminars were held both in Ukraine and in Germany. These seminars were intended for specialists in information technologies for city councils (municipalities) and animators. The results of the project were highly estimated by the TRANSFORM program leadership and heads of local self-government bodies. The project has good development prospects.
